Booking a tour

This is the initial contact phase where you contact us .The purpose of this is to get information relating to your tour and you so we can get to know your wishes. Its all pretty basic, times of travel, amount of people, type of accomodation required, interests and requests. To secure your tour a deposit of 10% is required. A tour is not guaranteed until a deposit is paid. We will create a bespoke tour based on your information and send you a quote for this.

Final payment is required preferably three weeks prior to the travel date

Terms and Conditions

We are flexible so any changes you have to itinerary once landed can be accommodated even on the day or the hour of a tour.
For Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 50% if required if cancelled with three weeks or less prior to the tour

A cancellation fee of 100% is required if cancelled within 7 days of your tour
